Harsh shifts, a delayed Drive, a dash light. Book a diagnosis and keep the trips short.
Limit the driving
Slip, leak, or a new noise. A short drive to the shop is fine. Highway and towing are not.
Tow it
No movement, burnt smell, overheating. Do not drive it. Call and we will talk you through a tow-in.

Tell us the year, make, model, and what it is doing. If it will not move, we will talk you through a tow-in.

Diagnose first
Scan, fluid, and a road test when it is safe. No teardown quote until we know what actually failed.

Quote, then wrench
You get a written range before we open the unit. Approve it, leave it, or take a second opinion — your call.

Repair or rebuild
Parts are ordered for the vehicle in the bay, not a pile of maybe. We update you if the insides change the job.

Road test and warranty
It leaves only after a road test. Qualifying work goes out with written coverage. Pickup is on Edmonton Trail NE.
